Meta-GATE is committed to providing a seamless learning experience for all users. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling course enrollments and related services.
Course Cancellation by Users
- Once a course is purchased, cancellations are not allowed, and no refunds will be issued except under the conditions mentioned in the “Exceptions” section.
- Users are encouraged to carefully review course details before making a purchase.
Course Cancellation by Meta-GATE
Meta-GATE reserves the right to cancel a course or an individual session under the following circumstances:
- Instructor unavailability
- Unforeseen technical difficulties
- Low enrollment numbers
In such cases, affected users will be notified promptly, and they will have the option to either:
- Receive a full refund, or
- Enroll in an alternative course of equivalent value.
Exceptions
A cancellation and refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase: If a user mistakenly enrolls in the same course multiple times, they may request cancellation and refund for the duplicate transaction.
- Technical Issues: If a user experiences ongoing technical problems that prevent access to course content, and the issue is verified by our support team as unresolvable, a refund may be granted at Meta-GATE’s discretion.
Cancellation Request Process
To request a cancellation under the outlined exceptions, users must:

- Provide any necessary supporting documents or screenshots.
- Allow 7-10 business days for processing once the request is approved.
Important Notes
- Cancellations outside the specified exceptions will not be entertained.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
- Meta-GATE reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
