At Meta-GATE, we strive to provide the best learning experience for GATE aspirants. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be considered.

No Refund Policy
  • All course purchases, including live classes, recorded lectures, and study materials, are final and non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, except for the cases mentioned in the “Exceptions” section.
Exceptions

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a user has been charged multiple times for the same course, they can request a refund for the duplicate transaction.
  • Technical Issues: If a user is unable to access purchased content due to a technical issue that is verified and unresolved by our support team, a refund may be processed at Meta-GATE’s discretion.
  • Course Cancellation: If Meta-GATE cancels a course or a scheduled session, users will be eligible for a full refund or an alternative course of equal value.
Refund Request Process

To request a refund under the above exceptions, users must:

  2. Provide proof of payment and any relevant screenshots if applicable.
  3. Allow 7-10 business days for processing once the request is approved.

  • Refunds will be processed only through the original payment method.
  • Refund requests outside the outlined exceptions will not be entertained.
  • Meta-GATE reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
